THE CONVERSATION is pen and ink on watercolor paper. I love to draw with pen. There is something about making a mark and not being able to undo it. After working in Photoshop it is a totally crazy feeling. Drawings to me have always been the start of the creative process. My pen and ink drawings sometimes lead to paintings and sometimes I like them more than the paintings that I may do later. They all don't make it as paintings but when they do it's a real help to draw it out first. This drawings is NOT a painting yet but it may be one day. Two characters meet and one starts talking. It's my take on a simple thing.
